Booking Terms, Participation Agreement & Waiver
These terms apply to sessions and programs offered by Luna Bean through Goddess Your Soul®, including those featuring The Breath Spiral Method™.
1. Booking & Payments
Once a session or program is booked, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are provided for participant cancellations, missed sessions, changes of mind, or withdrawal, except where required by law.
If you select an installment plan for a complete program, you agree to pay the full program price according to the payment schedule. Installments are a payment arrangement, not a separate weekly purchase.
2. Your Weekly Schedule
For private weekly programs, the day and time selected for your first session at checkout establish your recurring weekly appointment, unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Please choose a time you can consistently attend.
Changes require Luna’s prior written approval, depend on availability, and are not guaranteed. Until a change is approved, your original appointment remains scheduled. Group sessions follow the schedule published for that program.
3. Attendance & Missed Sessions
Please arrive on time and ready to participate. Late arrival does not extend your session. Missed sessions or cancellations without an approved alternative appointment are forfeited and do not receive a refund, credit, or replacement session.
If Luna needs to cancel a session, an alternative appointment will be arranged. If Goddess Your Soul® cannot provide the purchased service or a mutually acceptable alternative, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
4. Service Format — No Physical Shipment
This purchase is for the session or program described in your booking. Sessions may be private or group and delivered online or in person, as specified in the selected listing. No physical products are shipped with this order. Only materials expressly included in the listing are part of your purchase.
5. Educational & Medical Disclaimer
These services are for education, spiritual exploration, and personal growth and self-improvement only. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not establish a therapist–client or healthcare-provider relationship.
Breath practices, energy work, and teachings about the quantum body, holofrequency, intuition, and clairvoyance are offered within Luna’s spiritual framework. They are not medical claims or promises of healing. Results vary, and no particular physical, emotional, intuitive, or spiritual outcome is guaranteed.
Participation does not replace professional medical or mental-health care. Do not discontinue treatment or medication based on these teachings.
6. Voluntary Participation & Personal Safety
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are participating voluntarily. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have health concerns, are pregnant, or are unsure whether breath practices are appropriate for you.
Breath practices and personal reflection may bring physical sensations or emotional discomfort. You may decline, modify, or stop any practice. Do not force your breathing or continue through distress. Tell Luna if you feel uncomfortable or need to pause.
You acknowledge the ordinary risks inherent in these activities and, to the extent permitted by law, release Luna Bean and Goddess Your Soul® from claims arising from those inherent risks. This does not waive liability or rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Respect, Privacy & Materials
Treat all participants respectfully. Keep other participants’ identities and personal stories private. Group confidentiality is requested but cannot be guaranteed.
Do not record sessions without everyone’s express permission. Program materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed, sold, or used to teach others without written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability
If a concern arises, you agree to first contact Goddess Your Soul® in writing so we can attempt to resolve it together. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, you and Goddess Your Soul® agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than a court trial, except for eligible small-claims matters or claims that applicable law excludes from arbitration. Arbitration fees will be allocated according to those rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Luna Bean and Goddess Your Soul® for claims relating to your booking, including refunds or damages, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the session or program involved.
