Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
Digital Products and Services
All purchases of digital products, self-paced courses, mini courses, and soul guidance sessions or programs are final.
No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are provided, except as required by law.
Participant cancellations, missed sessions, or withdrawal do not qualify for a refund. Weekly payments are installments toward the complete program price; remaining scheduled payments are still due if you choose to withdraw.
If I cannot provide a purchased service or arrange a mutually acceptable alternative, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
Any expressly offered promotion, including a Discovery Session coupon toward a full program, is subject to its stated terms.

Physical Store Purchases
All physical product sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or defective, or as otherwise required by law. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly through the website contact form. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging so I can help arrange a replacement or refund.

Medical and Wellness Disclaimer
Soul guidance, The Breath Spiral Method™, courses, breath practices, meditations, and other offerings from Goddess Your Soul® are for education, spiritual exploration, and personal growth. They are not therapy or medical treatment and do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical or mental health treatment. References to the quantum body, holofrequency, energy fields, Oversoul, intuition, and clairvoyance describe my spiritual teachings and are not established medical or scientific explanations.
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional about whether breath practices are appropriate for you, particularly if you are pregnant, have a health condition, take medication, or have concerns about your physical or emotional well-being.
Participation is voluntary. You may pause, modify, or decline any practice. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, distress, or discomfort.
Individual experiences vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. These services are not crisis support. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.
Appointments and Scheduled Services
For private weekly programs, your first appointment establishes your recurring weekly day and time unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.
If you need to request a schedule change, please contact me as soon as possible. Changes require my prior written approval, depend on availability, and are not guaranteed. A request alone does not confirm a new appointment.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend your session, and missed time is not reimbursed. Canceled or missed sessions are forfeited unless an alternative appointment has been approved.
Participant cancellations, missed sessions, or withdrawal do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits, except as required by law. Remaining installments on weekly payment plans are still due.
If I cancel a session, an alternative appointment will be arranged. If I cannot provide the purchased service or arrange a mutually acceptable alternative, the undelivered portion will be refunded.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Goddess Your Soul® and Luna for reasonable losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized use or distribution of our protected materials.
This obligation applies only to the extent the claim results from your conduct. It does not require you to cover losses caused by our own negligence or misconduct, or waive any rights protected by law.

Soul guidance sessions, programs, and courses from Goddess Your Soul® are offered to adult women aged 18 and older.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. These offerings are not available to minors, including with parental or guardian consent.
Changes to These Policies
These policies may be updated as our offerings, website, or legal requirements change. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
The purchase terms you accepted at checkout remain applicable to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to revised terms. New policies do not automatically change an existing booking or purchase agreement.
